About the Race The California Insurance Commissioner oversees one of the largest insurance markets in the world, with the power to shape how coverage is regulated, impacting cost, availability, and quality for millions of Californians. This office affects nearly every part of life and business—from buying a home or car to accessing health care and recovering after disasters. With rising insurance costs and growing difficulties in securing coverage, the role of Insurance Commissioner is more critical than ever. Patrick Wolff, a financial analyst, father, and lifelong Democrat with extensive experience in the insurance industry, is running to bring fairness, transparency, and meaningful reform to the state’s struggling insurance system. He is committed to ensuring coverage that is fair, efficient, and consumer-focused, and his deep expertise, combined with practical business and leadership experience, uniquely qualifies him to lead this critical office.

Develop relationships with prominent YouTubers, podcasters, and other digital influencers (especially those with reach in the insurance industry) to book Patrick on their shows.
Collaborate with the digital advertising team to expand reach on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Update the campaign website as needed, including adding photos, videos, and posting press releases.
